5) Do your prices include VAT?
Prices shown on the website do not include VAT. The VAT element of the price is calculated and shown when you add a product to your shopping basket.  

6) Will I need to sign for the parcel when it is delivered?
All deliveries need to be signed for.
Deliveries cannot be left without a signature and i
f no one is able to accept delivery a card will be left to advise of the attempted delivery.
